The 304th truck convoy of the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center arrived at Donbass

Today, on August 7, the 304th truck convoy of the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center arrived in Mariupol with food products for civilians of the ‘grey zone’ and settlements on the demarcation line.

Ere yet the dawn breaks, the truck convoy of 11 long vehicles left the distribution center of the Rinat Akhmetov Center in Dnepr. After having more than 9 hours in transit, the semi-trailer trucks delivered around 220 tons of humanitarian aid of which the volunteers would create over 28 thousand food packages. All cargo has the necessary accompanying documents confirming the products quality and composition

‘The semi-trailer trucks are unloaded in Mariupol logistics center, where the volunteers create food packages. Today, the truck convoy arrived from the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center has delivered more than 28 thousand survival packages. They will be delivered to stationary issuing points. ‘Mobile’ volunteers will deliver this aid to the local residents of the ‘grey zone’,’ Mikhail Katerinchak, head of the program ‘Aid to the Civilian Community’ of the Humanitarian Center, said.

As of 7 August 2017, the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center provided more than 11 million 833 thousand of survival packages for adults and children on both sides of the contact line.
