The Program “At Home”

“At Home” Program

The “At Home” Program is a targeted charitable housing assistance initiative for the defenders of Mariupol. It is implemented by the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation in partnership with the Heart of Azovstal project.
Eligibility Criteria for the Assistance Program:
Defenders and their family members must not own any residential or commercial real estate in the government-controlled territory of Ukraine.
Defenders must provide documentary proof of their direct participation in the defense of Mariupol between 24 February 2022 and 20 May 2022 and must have been released from captivity on or after 1 January 2025.
Defenders must have been assigned a Group I or Group II disability as a result of combat-related injuries and must provide documentary proof of this.

Provided that all required supporting documents in line with the above criteria are submitted, applications for participation in the “At Home” Program may be made by contacting the Foundation’s hotline at 0 800 509 001 (toll-free), available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
