The trucks with survival kits from Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center are in Donetsk

On the 7th of July in the evening, nine heavy-duty trucks with food products from Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center, aimed for civilians of Donetsk and Luhansk regions in ATO area, arrived in Donetsk. Seven more trucks didn't have enough time to pass the customs control at the checkpoint near Volnovakha and will resume their trip to Donetsk tomorrow.

In the morning this convoy, consisting of 16 trucks, left Dnipropetrovsk for Donetsk with 320 tons of products to form 35,000 adult survival kits for elderly and disabled people, multi-child families and other most vulnerable categories of civilians.

This week, from the 6th till the 11th of July 2015, Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center continues increasing the intensity of supplies to Donetsk warehouse and planning to deliver over 900 tons of products to form 65,000 survival kits for adults and 22,400 children packages aimed for civilians of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, living in ATO area. For this matter this week the Humanitarian Center is planning to send 3 truck convoys to Donetsk, including the today's convoy.

Thanks to the timely delivery of 60,000 survival kits planned for the beginning of July, the Humanitarian Center managed to reduce the shortage at the warehouse in Donetsk and today 4 issuing points resumed their work on humanitarian aid issuance in Makiivka.

Till the end of July Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center is planning to send two Humanitarian Aid Drives to Donetsk that will deliver more than 4,900 tons of food products. This will help to form 450,000 survival kits for adults and 39,000 children packages for civilians in ATO area, people living on the contact line and internally displaced people that are staying in government-controlled areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
