Museum Development program

Implementation years: 2006–2010

Supporting Ukraine’s national cultural traditions was one of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation’s objectives at that time. It became especially important when the government stopped financing restoration and renovation of the country’s cultural heritage sites.

– Restoration of Metropolitan’s House at Sophia of Kyiv National Sanctuary

– Restoration of the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine in Pyrohiv
