Who Can Receive Food from the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Centre?

IN CITIES AND TOWNS IN THE ATO ZONE (BEYOND CONTROL OF THE UKRAINIAN GOVERNMENT):

Food packages are given out only to the following population categories:

• Disabled people of groups I and II
• Single mothers with children under 18 (including widows/widowers with children under 18)
• Large families with three or more children under 18. If there are children over 18 in such families, aid is given to the parents and children under 18 on the basis of one food package per one family member.
• Pensioners over 65
• Families raising disabled children
• Families raising adopted and orphan children as well as children whose parents have been deprived of parental rights
• Participants and disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War and veterans who became disabled as a result of the war in Afghanistan and other areas of hostilities
• Low-income residents registered with local social services (BPL income group)
• Duly registered pregnant women of any gestational age
• People whose houses have been damaged as the result of hostilities (if confirmed with documents)
• Orphans under 23

Food packages are given out only to the internally displaced people that have been duly registered and fit into the following categories:

• Disabled people of groups I and II
• Single mothers with children under 18 (including widows/widowers with children under 18)
• Large families with three or more children under 18. If there are children over 18 in such families, aid is given to the parents and children under 18 on the basis of one food package per one family member.
• Pensioners over 65
• Families raising disabled children
• Families raising adopted and orphan children as well as children whose parents have been deprived of parental rights
