Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center will deliver hygiene kits to local residents of the contact line villages

In August and September 2016 mobile teams of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center will deliver hygiene kits to residents of the contact line villages and settlements in non-government-controlled areas of Donetsk region. Altogether it is planned to issue more than 10,000 kits.

Hygiene kits include: laundry detergent, toothpaste, toothbrush and soap.

"Residents of the contact line villages have a critical need not only for food, but also for hygiene products. This is confirmed both by our research and information provided by volunteers, who see people's needs at the local levels. Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center decided to deliver hygiene kits to the most distressed villages. Delivery and issuance will be lasting for two months. The kits will be issued to the people receiving our food packages. The first hygiene kit delivery will be made on August 5 to Novotroitske settlement", - Natalia Baryshpolska, the Head of the Center's "Humanitarian Aid" direction, said.

Hygiene kits will be delivered to the following settlements:

Settlements on the contact line:

Volnovakha raion: Novotroitske urban-type settlement, Hranitne, Orlivske, Chermalyk, Pavlopil, Berdianske, Sopyne, Lebedynske, Pionerske and Prymorske villages;

Bakhmut raion: Novoluhanske and Kodema villages, Luhanske urban-type settlement;

Marinka raion: Halytsynivka;

Yasynuvata raion: Pervomaiske, Verkhniotoretske, Vodiane, Opytne, Orlivka, Tonenke.

Villages in non-government-controlled areas of Donetsk region:

Telmanove raion: Stara Laspa, Bilokamyanka, Novolaspa, Kaplany, Tavrycheske, Lukove, Zaporozhets, Shevchenko, Petrivske, Mykolaivka, Hryhorivka, Michurine, Krasnyi Oktiabr, Pervomaiske, Novomar'ivka, Bohdanivka, Vershynivka, Oktiabrske, Rozivka, Telmanove, Staromar'ivka, Zernove.

Novoazovsk raion: Prymorske, Naberezhne, Sosnovske, Ukrainske, Pervomaiske, Krasnoarmiiske, Oktiabr, Kulykove, Bezimenne, Sakhanka, Dzerzhynske, Leninske, Zaichenko, Kominternove.

Over the entire operation period the Center's mobile teams issued more than 179,000 food packages. As of July 31, 2016 Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center issued more than 9,122,000 adult and children survival kits on both sides of the contact line.
