The convoy # 302 of the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center arrives in Donbas
Today, on June 12, the convoy of the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center #302 arrived in Mariupol, delivering food for civilian population of the "grey zone" and settlements on the contact line.
12 trucks left the distribution centre in Dnipro before dawn. The heavy-duty trucks delivered 240 tons of humanitarian aid; the Center’s volunteers will form 27,500 adult food packages and 1,700 kits for children. The convoy has all the supporting documents confirming the cargo composition and the product quality.
"The convoy #302 of the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center delivered nearly 30,000 adult and children food packages to the Mariupol logistic centre. Today the volunteers will start package formation. This delivery will ensure the operation of our mobile teams and fixed issuing points in the "grey zone", – Yuliia Malakhova, the Coordinator for mobile teams, noted.
As of June 12, 2017, Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center issued more than 11,777,000 adult and children survival kits on both sides of the contact line.
