The Rinat Akhmetov Foundation Provides Humanitarian Aid for Kharkiv
The Rinat Akhmetov Foundation has prepared and is now sending 6,000 food assistance packages to Kharkiv. The aid is intended for those city residents who have suffered the most from the war. It will also be distributed among people who have to live in the underground due to the artillery shelling.
The survival packages include essential food items, namely flour, pasta, sugar, stewed meat, pate and biscuits.
Representatives of local authorities will be in charge of distributing the food packages. Overall, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation provides 100,000 food assistance packages to be distributed to residents of Eastern Ukraine.
The assistance is provided under the program Rinat Akhmetov – Saving Lives. During 16 years of its work, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation helped eight million people survive, three and a half million of them were saved in Donbass.
