Humanitarian aid to Donbas residents: 282nd convoy of the Humanitarian Center arrives in Donetsk

Tonight, on January 12, the convoy #282 of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center arrived in Donetsk. This is the first convoy sent to Donetsk in 2017. 20 heavy-duty trucks delivered 400 tons of food products.

During the day the convoy with humanitarian aid went through customs and fiscal inspection at Novotroitske checkpoint with the full package of supporting documents confirming the cargo composition and product quality.

From this humanitarian cargo the Center's volunteers will form 42,000 adult and children food packages. The aid is aimed at residents of non-government-controlled areas in Donbas.  

As of January 12, 2017, Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center issued 11,099,000 adult and children survival kits on both sides of the contact line.
