Implementation years: 2016-2017

The Rinat Akhmetov Foundation’s Mentorship project helped orphans and children deprived of parental care develop the necessary skills for adaptation to independent adult life. Using personal interaction, mentors helped adolescents in their studies and comprehensive development, promoting their socialization and professional orientation. The Rinat Akhmetov Foundation prepared 107 mentors, each of whom became an older comrade, friend and counselor for several graduates of boarding schools.
