Residents of Amvrosiivka raion receive humanitarian aid

81 settlements of Amvrosiivka raion received humanitarian aid from Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center. The team of mobile issuance worked here in September and October. Food packages were issued to 10,756 local residents, 775 of them were children under three years old.

Among the settlements provided with assistance there are Zelene, Uspenka, Blahodatne, Kuteinikove and Metalist. As for the raion centre Amvrosiivka, humanitarian aid was issued in the mode of semi-fixed issuing point during three weeks.

"It's our fourth time working in Amvrosiivka. That's why we know everything well here, all the processes are smooth-running. People look forward to our arrival and welcome us warmly", – Andrii Vusenko, coordinator of mobile team, shares. – During our four trips we issued 39,000 survival kits to local residents. This assistance is very important for them".

On November 1 the mobile team, working in non-government-controlled areas, opened a semi-fixed issuing point in Novoazovsk, and staring from November 21 humanitarian aid will be issued in settlements of Telmanove raion. The schedule of trips can be found here.

As of November 2, 2016, Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center issued 10,261,000 adult and children survival kits to Donbas civilians on both sides of the contact line.
