Humanitarian aid from mobile teams of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center: where to get it in April
In April the mobile teams of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center are planning to help 16,000 people in Donetsk region. The aid is planned to be delivered to the villages in "grey zone", remote settlements in non-government-controlled areas and towns of the region with many IDPs living there.
"Our volunteers will deliver humanitarian aid to 70 settlements. We are planning to make another food delivery to Pisky, Vodiane and Opytne that we visited in January. The situation there is very tense all the time, and people need help. The Humanitarian Center also continued issuing food packages in the towns with many IDPs, such as Sviatohirsk, Volnovakha and Velyka Novosilka. Especially there are many retired people and families with small children staying there. Our mobile teams deliver and issue humanitarian aid personally to the local residents of benefit-entitled categories in the "grey zone" and villages in non-government-controlled areas. These people are not always visited by other volunteers, and our goal is to provide them with food despite the hostilities and broken roads", – Yevheniia Rzaieva, the Head of Humanitarian Aid direction at Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center, shared.
