The Rinat Akhmetov Foundation Provides Another Batch of Food Assistance to Chernihiv Region Suffering From Humanitarian Catastrophe

Chernihiv has received another batch of humanitarian aid from the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation. Food assistance composed of 2,496 food packages was dispatched to residents of the city and the region.

The help will be delivered to the elderly, disabled people and large families.

For now, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation has provided 6,496 food assistance packages to Chernihiv region, which is suffering from a humanitarian crisis. Overall, 200,000 Ukrainians will receive food packages from the Foundation.

The assistance is provided in the framework of the program Rinat Akhmetov – Saving Lives. During 16 years of its work, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation helped eight million people survive, three and a half million of them were saved in Donbass.
