Rinat Akhmetov to Children. Children Food Packages
Implementation years: 2014-2020
Children’s food packages are provided to the parents of children aged between 0 and 35 months from duly registered internally displaced families, who fall within one of the following categories:
- orphans and children deprived of parental care living in family-type children’s homes, adoptive families or under guardianship, and hospitalized children abandoned by their parents;
- children raised by single (including widowed) parents;
- children from families with three or more children, all aged under 18 years;
- children from low-income families on file at district labor and social security departments;
- disabled children.
The Rinat Akhmetov Foundation distributed approximately 900 000 children's food packages. This assistance is the contribution of the Foundation in supporting families, who in difficult times, remain living in the armed conflict area. Children who are raised in these families are the future of Donbass.
