A new autumn shift of the Blogger Camp from Rinat Akhmetov Foundation for children affected by war has started
Another Blogger Camp has started! Children aged 10 to 16 who have suffered as a result of the war in Ukraine are resting, recovering, mastering blogging skills, discovering the world of professions and receiving psychological help as part of the Peaceful Recreation for Children of Ukraine project from Rinat Akhmetov Foundation. The autumn shift will last from October 18 to 27, 2024 in the Transcarpathian region.
Blogger Camp is always an interesting and diverse activity that helps Ukrainian youth to believe in their own strength, relax and improve their health in the fresh air, meet new friends and look forward to their own future and the future of their country with confidence despite the challenges of today.
From blogging workshops to creative classes, the camp participants develop their talents and potential with the support of experienced mentors and the Foundation's team. The Camp pays special attention to psychological rehabilitation: specialists trained under the special program Trauma of War by Rinat Akhmetov Foundation work with children.
The Blogger Camp is attended by children affected by the war in Ukraine, including boys and girls who have been returned to their homeland after being illegally taken to Russia; children who lost their parents because of the war; children from foster families and family-type orphanages; children of guardians and adoptive parents; children from regions where active fighting is ongoing, as well as those affected by the hostilities, and children from the de-occupied territories.
Thanks to the project, almost 5000 children from all over the country had a rest, improved their health and received psychological help.
For all Ukrainian children and teenagers, Rinat Akhmetov Foundation implements educational, recreational, rehabilitation, psychological and motivational projects all year round. Over 19 years, more than 5 million Ukrainian children have received support under Rinat Akhmetov to Children program. Read more: https://bit.ly/405m0wX
