Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center prolongs the acceptance of applications for rehabilitation of injured children
Today, on June 1, Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center decided to prolong the acceptance of applications for rehabilitation of injured Donbas children until July 1, 2016.
"We assessed the demand and decided to prolong the acceptance of applications within 'Rehabilitation of Injured Children'. The program is intended for the whole year and the schedule is built in such a way to rehabilitate children during the summer holidays and autumn. But if we have some emergencies and children need urgent help, the Center is ready to consider the possibility of participation in the program according to an individual schedule. There are 163 injured children in the Center's database, some of them require urgent rehabilitation", ‒ Iryna Temerko, the Head of 'Targeted Assistance' direction at Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center, shared.
The rehabilitation program started on March 10, 2016. As of today the health improvement course was taken by children from 14 families. In early June 11 more families will start their treatment course in specialized health centres of Sloviansk and Zaporizhia.
