Donbas residents receive New Year packages from Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center

As previously reported, Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center prepared a new composition of food packages for Donbas residents. More than 140,000 people have already received them.

"We started issuing New Year packages on December 7. Residents of Donetsk were the first to receive them. All the issuing points, both in government-controlled and non-government-controlled areas of Donbas, gradually joined the distribution of renewed packages. The remote villages and settlements with no fixed issuing points will have their New Year packages delivered by mobile teams of volunteers" – Natalia Baryshpolska, the Head of "Humanitarian Aid" direction at Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center, explained.         

560,000 New Year packages are prepared for Donbas residents. They will be issued to all aid recipients of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center on a one-time basis.

"New Year packages caused a stir among our recipients. People are happy that they someone thought of them on the threshold of holidays and prepared a small, but pleasant surprise", ‒ Andrii Sanin, the Head of the Humanitarian Center's logistic warehouse at Donbas Arena, shared.
