Important: based on true events! In each video, Anna gives recommendations for overcoming trauma through the lens of real-life stories of Ukrainians who suffered from the war. These stories were collected by the Museum of Civilian Voices of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation. The psychologist analyses complex and tragic circumstances of the heroes of the stories and gives answers to questions relevant to every Ukrainian.

Psychological support has been one of the significant priorities of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation since 2014. Today it includes webinars and videos; consultations from mobile teams of psychologists for IDPs, doctors, and teachers throughout Ukraine; involvement of psychologists in the sessions of the Blogger Camp with children who are experiencing the war trauma; psychological assistance to people after shelling attacks, etc.

The Museum of Civilian Voices of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation is a large-scale project that has a psychotherapeutic effect and promotes mental health. It is a trustworthy space where you can tell your story and learn the stories of others. Its archive now has more than 90,000 real-life stories.
