The volunteers working at the issuing points of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center are being trained at Donbas Arena
214 volunteers working at the issuing points of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center will be trained to improve the quality of service provided to recipients. The classes are held at Donbas Arena and consist of six stages. The first group's training started on April 18. Five more groups of volunteers from Donetsk and Mariupol will be trained till the end of the week.
"We decided to arrange a training to provide the higher quality service to our aid recipients at the issuing points. The coordinators of all issuing points will participate in it. This will help to provide effective assistance to people, be competent at answering their questions, help them to sort out of the difficult situations and avoid mistakes in work"‒ Andriy Sanin, the Head of the Center's logistic warehouse at Donbas Arena in Donetsk, shares.
As of today there are 28 fixed issuing points of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center working in 15 towns of non-government-controlled areas. Every day about 15,000 people receive food packages there.
