The first module of the project “Digital Future of Journalism” and “Digital Media at Universities” 2013-2014 has been launched

The first training module will last till November 29. This course combines both lectures and practical classes. From November 25 to 29, the project students with coaches Janine Warner and David LaFontaine will analyse trends in the information collection, dissemination by journalists; will learn how to excite the reader's interest, encourage him to visit the site and keep his attention. Participants will learn why the profession of the person engaged in the development of the strategies for content is one of the most in-demand in 2013.

We shall remind you that inclusive of 2013-2014 academic year students of the "Digital Future Journalism" were 175 journalists and students of the project "Digital media for universities" - 30 journalism teachers from 12 Ukrainian universities.

For reference: "Digital Future of Journalism" is a project implemented under the direction "Modern Education" of Rinat Akhmetov's Foundation for Development of Ukraine, in collaboration with Mohyla School of Journalism of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. The project is aimed to teach journalists and editors web-based media. Studying at the project the students will acquire knowledge and skills in working with the digital content from the best Ukrainian and foreign teachers.
