A new spring shift of Blogger Camp by Rinat Akhmetov Foundation for children affected by war has started
On May 23, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation opened a new spring shift of Blogger Camp at a children's camp in Transcarpathia. Several times a year, the camps bring together boys and girls under the age of 16 from all over the country — vulnerable children who have suffered a lot because of the war.
The participants of the “Rinat Akhmetov to Children. Peaceful Recreation for Children of Ukraine” project this spring were children who returned from deportation and the occupied territories, boys and girls who are under guardianship and living in difficult life circumstances, and children who lost their parents during the war.
A number of important and interesting activities will take place during the spring changeover, including:
- group and individual psychological rehabilitation with a team of professional psychologists from the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation to help overcome the trauma caused by the war;
- a thematic area called Blogger Camp, which will help develop blogging skills, teach video editing and promote channels on social media;
- Mine Risk Masterclasses to raise awareness and proper handling of explosive ordnance;
- an interactive lecture-presentation, 10 Steps to the Profession of Your Dreams, developed by the Foundation's specialists specifically for teenagers, will help young people build their own algorithm for success.
The educational programme will complement sports competitions, creative workshops, intellectual quests, hiking, meditation, and dance battles. Children and teenagers really like this, as it helps them to have a good rest, improve their health, learn new things, support them, and leave them with warm memories for a long time.
Rinat Akhmetov Foundation regularly provides Ukrainian youth with the opportunity to take independent steps into the future: projects for children and teenagers provide knowledge and advice on motivating self-development, help them find their dream profession, develop self-confidence, etc. Learn more at https://akhmetovfoundation.org/rinat-ahmetov-dityam
