“This is where I edited my first video!”: Blogger Camp winter session by the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation comes to an end

The Blogger Camp winter session organised by the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation for children affected by the war has come to an end in Zakarpattia. A special feature of this session was motivational masterclasses from Iryna Kudashova, actress of the TV series “School”. She shared with the campers her own experience on the way to success and told them how to discover their talents and develop them, including through social media.
“This place is just magic. Here, every child has a chance to feel special, needed and important”, said actress Iryna Kudashova.
The celebrity guest filmed video trends with the children and posted the best works on her social media. Mastering blogging and online skills was an important step for the children to discover their own talent.
“The most interesting thing about Camp is that we learn how to edit videos. During the lessons, I tried myself as an editing director, learnt about different programmes and edited my first videos!” shares her impressions Milana, a participant of the Blogger Camp winter session.
Also during this session, the children especially needed to communicate with psychologists. This time, the specialists of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation noted an increase in demand for individual consultations.
“In our work, we teach healing techniques, such as working through traumatic experiences and finding resources to live with them. Art therapy and various psychological games were useful”, Olha, a psychologist at the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, summed up the results of the Blogger Camp winter session.
During the Blogger Camp, the children also had outdoor activities, participated in sports games, quests, creative workshops and art therapy. This helped them to escape from stress, make new friends and discover their talents.
Thanks to the “Rinat Akhmetov to Children. Peaceful Summer” project, almost 5,000 children from all over the country have been able to relax, recover and undergo psychological rehabilitation. “Rinat Akhmetov to Children. Help that gives tomorrow!”
