311th column of the Humanitarian Center arrived to Mariupol on time
Despite difficult weather conditions, on March 5, as it was planned, a motor transport column of the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center arrived in Mariupol and delivered 180 tons of humanitarian aid to the distribution center. In total on March, over 21 thousand survival kits will be issued, which will be formed from products purchased and produced in Ukraine.
“People will be able to receive humanitarian assistance at the stationary issuing points, which were organized by the Rinat Akhmetov Center in the government-controlled territory. Also, kits for 24 inhabited localities of the “grey zone” will be delivered by mobile delivery teams,” – said Mykhailo Katerynchak, Head of the “Assistance to the Population” Project. – As early as March 6, these survival kits will be issued to the neediest inhabitants of Donbas. Help will be given to disabled people, families with many children, children, elderly people, and single parents. For many people, this is the only way to avoid hunger.”
During the work of the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center, more than 12 million food packages have been issued on both sides of the line of demarcation.
