The Humanitarian Center takes measures to prevent flu

Due to the seasonal growing incidence of influenza and ARVI, the Humanitarian Center adopted additional organizational and preventive measures.

The Center provided the possibility to reschedule food package issuance for recipients with the symptoms of the aforementioned diseases. In case the recipient is sick and cannot come to the issuing point to get food package, this can be done after the recovery.

Besides, the Humanitarian Center provided volunteers with individual means of protection (disposable masks and antiseptics) and posted information on prevention of influenza and ARVI at the issuing points.

According to the official data as of today, the worst situation with flu spread in Donetsk region is observed in Kramatorsk, Sloviansk and Mykolaivka. The epidemiological threshold has been exceeded in these towns. As for Luhansk region, the epidemiological threshold in flu and colds is not exceeded there yet.
