Letter of appeal of the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Centre to the President of Ukraine

Today, December 17, the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Centre addressed an official letter of appeal to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko as the Protector of the Constitution, requesting the following:

1.     Get under personal control the current situation with humanitarian aid delivery to Regions of Donetsk and Lugansk.

2.     Provide assistance for secure delivery of all humanitarian and charitable aid for civilians of Regions of Donetsk and Lugansk.

3.     Take part in the development process of unified and transparent rules and mechanisms for humanitarian aid delivery within Ukraine. Such rules would help providing adequate scope of aid and would not lead to monopolization of this process.
