US Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey R. Pyatt highly rated the humanitarian aid that Rinat Akhmetov gives to Donbas people. This was stated during the interview on Svoboda radio.
"Speaking of Rinat Akhmetov, I would like to highlight his unique role in delivering humanitarian aid to victims of military actions that occur in Donbas. He spent a lot of his own capital to facilitate the situation for people, who became the victims of Russian aggression. I'd like to see every Ukrainian businessman doing something like this. In my opinion, most of Ukraine's important businessmen, such as Kolomoysky, Taruta and Akhmetov are interested in Ukraine being successful and unified", - the ambassador said.
