On April 2, OSCE representatives visited the issuing point of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center at Donbas Arena stadium.

Since last summer the stadium has become the Humanitarian Center's core logistic point in Donetsk, where volunteers form survival kits for issuance to benefit-entitled categories of Donetsk and other towns of ATO area. Children kits, aimed for kids from 0 to 2 years old, are issued at Donbas Arena as well.
