The aid from the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, SCM businesses and FC Shakhtar covered 2.5 million Ukrainians

Humanitarian aid from the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, SCM businesses and Shakhtar football club has reached 2.5 million people since February 24, 2022.

In particular, the areas covered by humanitarian aid are the following:

- 1.4 million people: health (including water supply, medicines, medical equipment, psychological assistance);
- 1 million people: food security (including food and food kits);
- 100 thousand people: evacuation, logistics, consultations etc.

Currently, joining forces is what allows the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation to help millions and be the largest humanitarian initiative.

"All the SCM businesses, the Shakhtar football club, and my charity are now focused on one thing: to help Ukraine win the war and to help civilian Ukrainians survive. SCM enterprises support the country's livelihood by providing light and energy. A separate area is a large humanitarian mission carried out by our companies and my Foundation. We supply medicines and food, evacuate civilians, help the Ukrainian army", said Rinat Akhmetov, the Founder.

The charity help is provided under the program "Rinat Akhmetov - Saving Lives". Over 16 years of operation, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation has helped 8 million people survive, of which 3.5 million were resqued in Donbass.
