33 injuries over five days. Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center is ready to help all the victims of shelling
According to the latest data of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center, at least 33 civilians were injured from January 30 till February 3, two of them were children in Donetsk.
"The situation is getting worse every day. Due to intensified shelling in Donetsk, Avdiivka, Marinka and Makiivka many civilians were injured, some of them were children. Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center has information about numerous injuries and deaths on both sides of the contact line. Hostilities have to be stopped. So as suffering of innocent civilians", ‒ Rimma Fil, the Coordinator at Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center, stated.
According to the Center's information, during five days 15 civilians were injured in Donetsk, 7 got injuries in Avdiivka, 6 in Makiivka, 2 in Marinka and 3 in Novoazovsk raion (Kominternove and Leninske). 15 people were injured only during the last 24 hours. Two people in Donetsk and two people in Avdiivka were killed. Among the casualty cases is 36-year-old employee of Avdiivka Coke and Chemical Plant.
Rinat Akhmetov set a goal to aim all the available resources at saving civilians. The Humanitarian Center is ready to help all the victims and persons injured due to shelling. As of today the Center is helping two women from Marinka with medical treatment.
