Donetsk region

Avdiivka, Dzerzhynsk, Svitlodarsk; Myronivka and Marinka districts; settlements in Artemivsk districts: Novohryhorivka, Novoluhanske, Komunivske and Kodemske.

Luhansk region

Popasna, Shchastya.

"Rinat Akhmetov set one of the most important goals for the Humanitarian Center: to provide food for people who live on the contact line. From time to time the situation in some of these areas is exacerbated, many people have their homes destroyed or left unprovided. Also there are many IDPs on the contact line, who are moving within one district. Many of them have no housing and money; some of them could save only their documents, when they were leaving their homes. The Humanitarian Center continues delivering food to these people. Starting from the next week we are planning to deliver 8,900 survival kits for children and adults as part of the 19th Humanitarian Aid Drive", – Yevgeniya Rzaieva, Coordinator of "Aid for Population" Direction at Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center, commented the situation.

In April Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center issued 439,000 survival kits for civilians of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, including those, who live in towns and settlements on the contact line.

It bears reminding that humanitarian aid is issued on the contact line upon availability of passport with registration in these towns, the document proving the benefit-entitled category, and certificate of IDP.
