FOR THE ATTENTION OF AID RECIPIENTS!

03.11.2016

Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center pays special attention to the quality of humanitarian aid. Every month survival kits are received by nearly 400,000 people. All the products are confirmed by quality certificates and have shelf life reserves.

There are five stages of humanitarian aid inspection. At the first stage the goods are tested by purchasing department in the independent laboratories. The second stage of control is effected during acceptance procedure at Dnipropetrovsk distribution centre. The third stage is inspection of products when unloading them in the Humanitarian Center's logistic warehouses in Donetsk and Mariupol. At the fourth stage the products are checked by our volunteers when putting stickers on them and forming food packages. The fifth and the most important stage is monitoring of recipients' feedbacks.

Monitoring is carried out in three formats:

  1. Hotline. Aid recipients call the hotline and leave their suggestions on improving the operation of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center and its issuing points, and give their feedbacks on food packages. Our employees process every comment and eliminate the detected problems. Besides, the hotline operators also make calls to aid recipients to get their feedbacks.
  2. Quality assessment bureau. The bureau operators call 3,000 people a month. Based on their answers the Center gets credible opinion about food package composition, the quality of products and organization level of aid receiving process.
  3. Social networks and Internet. The Center's employees track the aid recipients' feedbacks and comments on product quality.

We inform our aid recipients that in case there are any questions or comments on the quality of products, please call the hotline of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center: 0800 509 001. The calls from mobile and landline phones are free.
