11 victims of shelling start receiving medical assistance from Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center

Specialists of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center started processing applications for pharmaceutical assistance to 11 adult civilians with injuries of various severities, who suffered due to clashes over the past day in Maryinka district and Donetsk.

There are 9 people on hospital treatment in Donetsk Regional Trauma Hospital. The age of the victims ranges from 50 to 85 years old.

Two civilians are admitted for in-patient treatment to the municipal hospital in Kurakhove. One of them is unconscious and his identity is not established yet.

By order of Rinat Akhmetov the Humanitarian Center will provide prompt pharmaceutical assistance to civilians, who suffered due to military actions on June 3rd and staying in hospitals now. Specialists of Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center are already receiving and processing requests for necessary medications from medical workers. At the earliest opportunity, after the checkpoints open and the movement towards Donetsk resumes, the medications will be delivered to medical institutions.  

The Humanitarian Center's volunteers are collecting all information on wounded civilians, adults and children, to find out about their condition and requirement in assistance with emergency treatment and support with medications.
